INVERELL lads Dan Holder and Matt Cook will attend the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Melbourne next week where the reality series they starred in this year, Camp Orange, is nominated for an award.
Matt and Dan were a part of the series earlier this year. The show takes kids out of their comfort zone and into the outdoor experience of a lifetime.
The Inverell duo called themselves the Saddled Up Sickos.
Camp Orange: The Final Frontier, was the fifth installment of this popular local production, bringing together four teams of the best friends who competed in challenges played out across four half hour episodes.
Award-winning singer songwriter Delta Goodrem will host this year’s Australian Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
“I’m so thrilled that Nickelodeon has given me the honour of being this year’s host, because I know first hand that the Kids’ Choice Awards rock,” Delta said.
“It’s a great chance to let your inner kid loose and just have fun. Previous hosts have set the bar high and although I can’t reveal just yet who my co-hosts will be, I can promise kids that this year the stage is going to be even bigger, better, and bursting with sneaky, slimy surprises… I can’t wait! ”
Delta will headline a strong musical line-up at this year’s KCA’s, with some of the hottest young musical talent in the country recently announced to perform, including Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy and Cassie Davis.
The 7th Annual Australian Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards will be held at Hisense Arena in Melbourne on Friday, November 13 and broadcast nationally on Nickelodeon from 7pm.
