The Inverell Apex Club are helping to change the face of men's health by changing the look of their own faces for Movember, and they are inviting the community to a party to celebrate the end of the month.
The club is holding a Movember party at the Imperial Hotel on Saturday November 28 starting at 8.30pm.
There will be prizes for the best mo, best group, mo sista and lamest mo. Guests are also asked to come dressed in keeping with the mo they are sporting, wether it is a Village People, Dennis Lillee, Merv Hughes or classic business man. Ten out of 14 Apex members are participating in Movember, and will be taking donations at the party, or you can donate to their team by visiting the official website www.movember.com.au and searching for Inverell Apex Club.
Movember is an annual, month-long celebration of the moustache, highlighting men's health issues, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men.
