Not those B&S things you see driving about either, just good, old-fashioned work utes with a ton of grunt and a wicked noise.

That’s what Abby Henley reckons you can expect on Saturday, February 25 from this year’s ute muster at the Inverell Show.

“This year’s revival of the Inverell Ute Muster is going to be bigger and better, I’ve had a lot of people contact me about it already,” Abby said.

“There are more entries this year and that will make the barrel race one of the highlights of the whole show.

“This muster is for anything with a tray, whatever they’re used for and with some ripper prizes up for grabs,” Abby said.

With 11 sponsors to date the muster will have eight categories including Annabelle’s Chicks Ute, Dust and Boots B& S Ute, DJ’s Auto Glass Street Ute, 2NZ Tradies Ute, Repco Feral Ute, Inverell 4WD Centre 4x4 Ute and the Simpsons Smash Repairs Grand Champion Ute.

Abby said there are lots of trophies and ribbons there to win if your ute is good enough, ugly enough, fancy or tough enough.
