Inverell pony club rider Rachel Murray picked up the award for champion in her age group of 17 and under 25 year olds at the NSW State Show riding competition as part of the NSW Pony Club Association late last year.
Rachel, at the age of 20, has been a consistent performer for the Inverell Club over a number of years.
Previously she has been club captain, won the prestigious “Swan Cup”, won the club campdraft trophy and also won Overall Highest Point Score at Jamboree just to name a few achievements.
Rachel now lives in Armidale, studying at university, but has continued to be a member of the Inverell Pony Club.
