NSW Nationals director Ben Franklin says the pre-selection for the seat of Northern Tablelands will go ahead as normal despite candidate Adam Marshall being referred to the Independent Commission Against Corruption.

Speaking to Fairfax Regional Media, Mr Franklin said no one had raised “any allegation worthy of being referred to ICAC” with him yesterday.
“It’s pretty easy to say you’ve referred someone to ICAC and I think we’ll have to wait and see what happens," he said. “At the end of the day it’s obviously something the preselectors with examine like the issues around of all the candidates.
"It'll be entirely a matter for the preselectors."
