Local women embrace Connect Pink

INVERELL’S Connect Pink was officially launched in The Inverell Times office on Tuesday morning and attended by local women.

Pink was the outstanding colour throughout the office, the decorations were pink and cup cakes were pink with (you guessed it) pink icing to be washed down with a pink concoction of Apple and Guava juice.

Along with our sales manager, Julie Heard, Times administration manager Felicity Reeves did a good deal of the organising for the launch.

“It was better than expected,” Felicity said.

“We had a great group of women attend, they were positive about learning something new that has arrived in their region.

“One lady was so enthused she went straight back to work and signed up.”

Felicity said Connect Pink is a fantastic new social website for rural and regional women; with some fantastic shopping deals.

Connect Pink is designed for women with built in marketing opportunities for businesses wanting to capture the female market. Those aged under 30 are the biggest users however the fastest growing group is women aged between 45 and 65.
