A FUNERAL service for George Hetherington, known as 'Moe', will be held in Inverell on Monday.
Mr Hetherington, a former Inverell resident, was a member of the Odin's Warriors Motorcycle Group.
His funeral service will begin at 2pm at St Augustine's Anglican Church.
New England Local Area Command police crime manager Detective Inspector Greig Stier offered his condolences to Mr Hetherington's family.
He said he had met with senior members of the Warriors this week and at this stage they had not sought assistance from local police with the funeral service.
Detective Inspector Stier said police did "not expect any problems" to arise on Monday.
Mr Hetherington was 59.
