- Sound planning policies and strategies based on the latest in ecological understanding.
- Substantial areas of green space where the community is connected with the land and recognises the value of healthy functioning ecosystems.
- Exceptional business security and income coming from the high quality of local products. Income which will remain in the local communities.
- The combination of advanced renewable energy supplies, a modern electric transport network and energy efficient housing design, resulting in drastically reduced power and fuel costs.
