She said the local interest has been supportive for the little gallery, tucked in the drive behind Out the Back Café and The Dust Jacket bookshop.
"We have been getting a good flow of people through the gallery, with really positive feedback.
“All artists exhibited have had sales, it's fantastic to see the community getting behind their local artists,” she said.
Monthly art classes begin this week. Sessions are two hours long and meet once each week.
Each class will focus on a specific technique to boost student confidence and knowledge.
Besides classes and exhibitions, Andrea is inviting interest from local artists to have studio space to work in and promote their art in October.
Those with an interest can stop in to have a chat with Andrea.
The gallery opens a felted wool exhibition this week by local fibre artist, Wendy Rogers.
She said the work is sculptural, wearable and appealing.
"Wendy's work is hand dyed and felted, it is colourful and fun. Really beautiful work."
The Wendy Rogers exhibition runs from September 3 to 13 with the official opening at 3pm on Sunday, September 7 with live music by singer song writer Bandojo.
Beverages and bites supplied. Tickets are $10 each and may be booked at the gallery or by SMS to 0428 458 706.
Itty Bitty Gallery is open Wednesdays through Saturdays, 12-4pm.
