The march was a colourful and peaceful way of drawing attention to the problems related to violence. It was wonderful to see about 70 people take part in this year’s march and we would like to acknowledge the support from local police, ambulance officers, The Inverell Times, 2NZ/Gem FM, our local White Ribbon ambassadors, Inverell High School, New England Greens candidate Mercurius Goldstein, FaCS, Inverell Mower Club, Lennon’s Butchery, Paul King and of course all that participated. Thank you to all.
