Students dressed up and participated in an action packed adventure spanning across two days where they sang and danced to pirate songs, read stories and used creative thinking skills to make cannons, telescopes, hats and treasure maps. Students also explored healthy eating habits, by making pirate snacks.
The highlight of the day was the pirate obstacle course where students used both gross motor skills and active listening to discover a hidden pirate treasure chest in the school’s garden.
