“From eight to 15-year-olds,” gallery curator and owner Andrea Horwood said.
Andrea is an artist as well, and has plans to teach the fundamentals of basic drawing techniques to her young students during the January workshop.
She said the date will depend on interest, and she will schedule a date to suit.
A Mystery Drawing Tour is also on the agenda for amateur artists on Sunday, December 6.
“It will be a walk in the town,” Andrea said.
“It’s understanding thumbnail and gesture drawing.”
She said the gallery will host four guest artists from Uralla in December.
“And that will be a little taste of an up-and-coming exhibition, and they all work in different mediums,” Andrea said.
“Encaustics, one works in sculptural wire-work, another works in printmaking.”
