ARMIDALE Shire Council administrator Dr Ian Tiley was left unconvinced that the majority of Tingha residents would welcome boundary changes to take Tingha into the Inverell shire following a poorly attended community meeting at the Tingha Town Hall on Tuesday, June 21.
