Dubbo is sitting six points behind on 24.
Wet weather caused a stir on Thursday morning with the under 9’s games washed-out until the afternoon.
Players from New Zealand also made the trip over to compete in the week-long competition.
New Zealand team manager Warren Jones said the event is a great experience for the kids who have fallen in love with the New England.
“We have made many friends from our visits and it is always great to see them,” he said.
“The support staff are dedicated to the event and always make us welcome, along with the referees and players.”
The tournament has also been an opportunity for soccer stars from disability organisations to get involved.
Children and adults from Brighter Access, Connections and Glen Industries look forward to the event all year, Brighter Access coordinator Abby Hooker said.
“These guys hang-out all year for this competition so for them to be able to play is fantastic,” she said.
Finals will kick-off on Friday with the under 13’s Toowoomba A and Toowoomba B to face-off at 11am on field two.
Germany’s undefeated under 15’s are set to verse Dubbo at 1pm on field two and the under 17’s Toowoomba A and B teams will verse at 2pm on field three.
The under 11’s Toowoomba side is in front with 15 points to 12 ahead of the finals game against Barambah at 10am on field two.
