This year, Yetman Public School will be celebrating 150 years of public education at the school on the weekend of September 2-3.
The event will begin at 10am with the flag-raising and formal ceremony on Saturday, with school tours, presentations and lunch at the Yetman Memorial Hall to follow.
The time capsule put down 25 years ago will be raised at noon, with all items will be on display for the day. The evening will offer a beautiful meal, music and an enjoyable evening sharing stories and catching up with old friends also to be held at the Yetman Memorial Hall.
More details will be shared on the school’s Facebook page as the time draws near.
