Real estate agent Miles Devlin said the buyers “would like to keep their details private at this stage”.
The former Sacred Heart Convent and Ireby Lodge, plus the caretaker’s residence next door, sold at auction for $505,000 on May 20.
The buyers were reportedly among four or five parties who bid by phone.
