Meet Mike Whitney
Leaf Free Gutter Guard and Ted Edmonds Constructions are conducting a junior cricket training afternoon with Australian test cricket player and TV personality Mike Whitney. The event takes place at 1pm on Saturday October 28 at Cameron Park. Mr Whitney will be attending the Inverell Sports Council Charity Golf Day on Sunday, October 29. He will be a guest speaker at the club. Even those who don’t play golf can still have fun meeting the charismatic Mr Whitney and enjoying refreshments and a steak or sausage sandwich available at the venue.

Congratulations Jack
Congratulations Jack Stafford of the Inverell Saints for being voted by the Central Umpires as the Best on Ground for 2017 Grand Final. Jack certainly impressed with his ability to get the ball and burst out of packs. An all-round sportsman Jack played in a hockey Grand Final later in the day and backed up for a league preliminary final on the Sunday! Jack represented AFL NW NSW at the Northern Carnival in July this year
