Auditions were held last Tuesday evening and 22 performances have been selected for the finals. The audition judges were impressed with the quality of performances this year. Some very good performers missed selection but it is hoped they will enter again next year.
Performances will include dancers, vocalists and instrumental items. Some are original compositions. Last year’s winner, Josh Cunningham, will be performing while the junior judging is finalised.
Joeys Oz Music Band will entertain the audience while the senior judging is finalised. This band is not long home from a trip to Germany where they performed at a number of venues. The band was so well received they have been invited back next year.
Tickets are available online or through trybooking.com, entering Inverell’s Got Talent and following the prompts. Tickets can also be purchased at the Inverell Tourist Information Centre. These cost $15 for adults, $10 for high school students and $5 for younger children and include supper.
Come along for a great night out, and witness wonderful talent from the local area, Glen Innes, Warialda, Bingara and Armidale.
