He said while the dinner will cater for a great two-course meal, the concert will offer acts by Luke Turner and the Ransoms, Brooke Jade, Emma Dykes, Little Phoenix, Peter Donovan and Kingsford Smith.
“It will go until everyone’s had enough, basically,” David said.
Tickets to the event will cost $40, with all the funds going towards new studio equipment for the station.
But our equipment is getting a bit long in the tooth and we’re looking forward to upgrading so we can better serve the community.

“We’re running on almost all the original equipment that was put in here at the start of STA FM, and we kicked off back in 2009,” David said.
“We’ve just received our five-year permanent licence, and we’ll be looking to promote that at the concert as well.
“But our equipment is getting a bit long in the tooth and we’re looking forward to upgrading so we can better serve the community.”
David said it was all about community, promoting local artists and everyone having a good time. Tickets can be purchased from the RSM Club or the Tourist Information Centre.
“We’re the only ones to do a community diary where not-for-profit organisations can come in and we’ll promote your event, or whatever you are doing,” David said.
