RFS district officer Stephen Pritchard said two members from the Delungra brigade were included in the team.
“Shae Raw and Ridge Wilson have been training for the last six months, inproving their skills and working together very well as a team,” he said.
They work as a team, they do everything by the book and they do it safely.

“The Northern Tablelands team is relatively new, they’ve been traing for the last four months, but the Inverell team has been in training for about 12-months and they are slowly building their numbers as a unit.
“They work as a team, they do everything by the book and they do it safely. And that’s what we look at in the state championships, we get a job done and we get it done as safely as possible. So these guys are up there with a chance, that’s for sure.”
Mr Pritchard said cadets were RFS members, but would not attend incidents until they turned 16-years-old.
