The council issued a statement following several calls from locals who found the stickers on their recycling bins. 

“Council advises there has been NO CHANGES to garbage collection days,” the statement read, referring to the stickers as “bogus”. 

Locals have reported the stickers on bins on the Warialda Highway, Miles Street and Harland Street. The prankster(s) have not been identified.
