Two weekly vouchers of $100 will be up for grabs for 10 weeks in the Inverell Chamber of Commerce and Industry initiative, supported by the local council.
Shoppers will be able to enter the draw every time they make a transaction at an Otho Street business. Tickets are being printed and are expected to be available in stores this week, with the first winners drawn next week.
Participating in the promotion will be free for all Otho Street businesses, including non Chamber members.
“Basically if they’re in the zone, then they’re able to enter if they want to,” Chamber president Josh McPhee said.
“The more businesses who are a part of the Chamber, the bigger a voice we’ll be able to have, the more of an impact we will be able to have and the more things we could do; but it’s a good chance to connect with those that aren’t members, and probably a good chance for them to have some contact with the chamber and realise that we are there looking out for the business community.”
