Around 20 keen netballers aged between five and 10 participated in the clinic last Wednesday.
Northern Inland regional development officer Sophie Sincock said it was great to see boys and girls participating in the day.
“At that age, children are building their coordination skills so it was all about footwork, jumping, catching, throwing and moving around the court,” she said.
From all reports Sincock believes the clinic was a hit with the juniors, saying there were high-fives all round.
She thanked local mother Kylie who helped out on the day, taking half the group for different skills and drills.
The Netball NSW representative said school holiday clinics were making a comeback in 2018.
“Netball NSW are trying to reintroduce the clinics because they used to be really engaging around the area,” she said.
