From ages 91 to two, the ladies were thrilled to have the chance to catch up in Inverell.
Local Gladys Rush is a McLean Care resident, and welcomed her daughter Judy Griffiths, grand daughter Jackie Griffiths, great grand daughter Kimberley Crowell and great great grand daughter Murphy Christie to her home town.
The younger generation travelled from Tweed Heads for the special visit.
A familiar face in the kitchen of the Imperial Hotel in her younger days, Gladys is now a true matriarch, with 10 great great grand children. A bright and bubbling personality, she can often be seen knitting blankets for premature babies for Tamworth Hospital’s special care nursery.
Daughter Judy said she enjoyed the four days of catching up with her mother.
