To be held at the Easts Bowling Club from 11am this Sunday, families and individuals of all skill levels are invited.
"We want to try and get as many people as we can," member Noel McCosker said.
"We have many sets of bowls at the club that non-bowlers can use and we're only too willing to show them what to do."
Players will take on two games of bowls in teams of three for $15 a head (family discounts are negotiable). Lunch is included.
Kicking off with a $500 contribution from the Inverell Sporties, local businesses have already shown their generosity toward the event, pledging between $2-3000 in sponsorship money.
From several bags of dog food to fishing rods, a wide range of prizes have also been donated, with the club set to host a raffle throughout the day and an auction from 3pm.
"If people find that they can't come along to the bowls, we'd like to see them come to the club from about 3 o'clock," McCosker said.
Bowls participants are asked to RSVP to 67 221 545 by Friday for catering purposes, but late entries will be welcomed. The courtesy bus will be running at the end of the event.
All funds raised will be donated to the Tingha community via the Tingha Citizen's Association.
