Police attended a Captain Cook Drive address in Inverell after receiving reports of people fighting on Thursday.

A 60-year-old Tingha man was arrested around 4pm and conveyed to Inverell Police Station where he was charged with offensive behaviour and possess prohibited drug.
The man was granted bail to appear before Inverell Local Court on May 9.
Meanwhile, in the early hours of Thursday morning three break and enters were committed on homes in Brae Street and Miles Street.
In all cases, the residents of the premises were at home at the time and personal property and valuables were stolen.
Police remind residents to ensure they lock their house doors and windows as well as their vehicles.
