POLICE allege an intoxicated woman has threatened to burn down her neighbour's house.
The 47-year-old has been charged with intimidation offences and resisting arrest after police were called to a home in Wattle Place, Inverell on April 25.
It was shortly after 4pm on Anzac Day that police arrived at the Wattle Place address to speak with the woman after a report was made to Inverell Police Station.
It's alleged the woman had made verbal threats to burn down her neighbours home and was very intoxicated at the time police arrived at the property.
When police tried to arrest the woman it's alleged she resisted violently.
The woman was charged and later released on conditional bail to attend Inverell Local Court at the end of May.
