Congratulations go to Will Williamson who was three up after the first nine and finished with a comfortable win - four up with three holes to go.
Neither golfer was at his best on the day.
Leon wasn't going to win if he didn't play well as he was giving Will a shot a hole on all but one hole.
The qualifying round for the President's Cup was played in early February with the knockout handicapped match-play competition being restricted to 32 players.
Leon eliminated Mitch Myler, Rowan Butler, Tony Baldwin and Adam Paton on his way to the final while Will knocked out Jim Shadlow, John Coote, Ashley Walters and David Jones to take his place.
Both players progressed to the final after very exciting semi-finals which had to go to the 19th hole.
Will finished off David Jones on the 19th while Leon continued to the 21st hole against his brother Adam before he could finalise his spot.
Last year, it was Inverell's Brian Fox who finished up with a comfortable win in the President's Cup when he produced a good round to finish the game on the 13th hole. Brian was battling out with Kyle Chilcott for the win.
The win gave Brian his second President's Cup after winning 20 years ago. Chad Gardner is the only other player to achieve two wins in the competition which was first played in 1983.
A few important events are coming up on the golfing calendar.

The next Sutton Insurance Monthly Mug is set down for Saturday, July 6, and the qualifying round of the very popular Marquart Jug will be Sunday, July 21.
