As an author of manuals and teaching programs, including his latest book 'From Good Man to Valiant Man', Dr Meyer will be in Inverell on Thursday, July 11.
Highlighting four main important factors on how blokes can live a better life, he'll only be touching on one.
"Firstly the issue of money; helping people to manage their finances and stay out of debt. Secondly is the issue of meaning and purpose, why am I living? The fact is for people it matters that they have meaning and purpose.
"The third is health and nutrition, there is a lot of science surrounding gut health and how it links with mental health. The fourth issue is communication. Learning when to communicate and importantly how to communicate."
With only a limited time in Inverell, Dr Meyer will focus on meaning and purpose when he speaks at Inverell Public School from 6pm on Thursday.
The event is open for all men of all ages at no cost. There will be free burgers, beer and a chance to chat with a bunch of like-minded blokes.
Dr Meyer will give tools to help you do life better with no added pressures.
"Men face unusual challenges. If you can help men, you help everyone. You can't escape the fact that 95 per cent of the time men are the issue," he said.
The event is sponsored by Real Hope Church. For more information phone 0407 429 763.
