The 14-year-old was charged with breaching an Apprehended Violence Order following an incident in Diamond Street on July 7.
Police attended the premises however the male had allegedly run away from the scene.
Officers were able to make an arrest on the male at about 12.30pm on Tuesday, July 9 in Tingha.
The young man was refused bail and attended Moree Children's Court via video link.
It was in Moree court where he was granted bail to appear before Inverell Children's Court tomorrow (July 11).
