Taya Powell and Caspian Tuckwell put up a good effort and were close runners up. The club would like to congratulate all winners and runners up.
"Congratulations to all players, not only for the skills they displayed with their racquets on court, but also for their great sportsmanship during matches.
"Thanks to Eileen Gordon who did a superb job running the tournament seeing that all matches were on court on time and to Rick Lavers and his court monitoring made sure all matches ran smoothly.
"Also a big thank to all the ladies who helped in the kitchen and to the men who helped out on court. Without their help, these tournaments would not run as smoothly as they do," a club spokesperson said.
The club also thanked Geoff and Rowan for sponsoring the tournament.
