President Alex Rainger said sweet and savory palates will be satisfied with a cupcake stall, Apex's delicious steak and sausage sandwiches, Rotary's hot chips and even an Indian food stall.

"We'll have some live entertainment with a local youth group doing dances and STA FM will be set up doing live broadcasting," he said.
To finish the night off with a bang, an amazing fireworks display will start at 9pm.
While he didn't know exactly how long, Mr Rainger said the carnival had been an exciting, annual event in Inverell for many, many years.
"This is one of our big fundraisers for the year as a club to try and raise some money so we can put it back into the community," he said.
The event is free for the community to enjoy. The small club always welcomes new members who wish to get involved with Apex.
Mr Rainger encouraged men aged between 18-45 who are motivated by Apex's simple creed: citizenship, fellowship and service to contact the club.
