Starting from 6pm with a friendly game of touch football, a host of sponsorship items across all club grades will be auctioned throughout the night.
Highlanders president Lou Wilson said the club were working on and embracing many new things this year, from players, to ideas and hopefully sponsors.
All ages and skill levels are invited to join in on the friendly touch footy action before Ben McMahon kicks off the auction at 7pm.
"Amongst the items up for action include major sponsor items front and back of the jerseys for first grade, reserves and women's, front and back of shorts and our very popular training shirts for men, women, boys and girls grades," she said.
Popular, yearly event Ladies Day will have its sponsorship up for auction as the biggest day of the season for 2020. Wilson said the club was busy in the planning stages to ensure it's success this year.
Wilson said the night would provide an opportunity to welcome players from Samoa and Fiji, here in Inverell with the Food Industry People Group and Bindaree Beef.
"Both the men and women have settled into Inverell and the club really well and will certainly boost our defence and attack game. We have silverware on our minds," she said.
The Highlanders have been working with the playing group to design this year's jerseys for first grade, reserves and women's 7s. Wilson said the approved design has been a hard one to keep secret.
"I can certainly tell you we have never had anything like it before. So be at Rugby Park on Friday, February 7 and be apart of the 2020 Highlanders."
