The electorate's inaugural Tele Town Hall meeting will bring together the local federal member of parliament, and Inverell Shire Council Mayor Paul Harmon, for a unique in-depth community discussion.
Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, Mr Joyce said the traditional town hall venue would be replaced with a virtual setting.

"Instead of our usual face-to-face town hall meetings, we're hosting a community teleconference for local people to have their say about what matter most to them," Mr Joyce said.
"On Monday evening, all residents living in the Inverell Shire will be invited by phone to participate and asked to 'press 0' to take part."
If residents choose to participate, they will receive a call on Tuesday, when the meeting will take place, at 5:45pm.
"This is a purely 'opt in' system and is a way of hearing from the community in a COVID-19 safe way," he said.
"During the Tele Town Hall meeting callers will receive an update from myself and Mayor Paul Harmon, where you will also be able to ask questions."
But Mr Joyce said not to worry if you miss the invitation on Monday.
"We'll leave you a voicemail with the phone number to call in number on Tuesday night," he said.
