Bruce Anthony Coss, 48, is charged with killing Darren Royce Willis after a night out at the Imperial Hotel in Bingara on December 10, 2010.
Robert James Stonestreet is charged with concealing a serious indictable offence, namely the alleged murder of Mr Willis.
The pair's charges were listed in Moree Local Court on Monday for charge certification, where the Crown would confirm the charges and case against them.
But the case was adjourned again. Magistrate Roger Prowse ordered the parties to reappear in court again in mid-August where the case is listed for charge certification again.
Neither Coss or Stonestreet made any application for bail and it was formally refused by Mr Prowse.
