At the last ordinary council meeting, on June 24, councillors endorsed the Draft Pedestrian Access Mobility Plan 2019-2024 (PAMP) for community consultation.
The draft document was placed on public exhibition on Friday, July 10 and will close all feedback on Friday, August 7.
Community members are encouraged to review the plans and provide submissions in relation to the content.
Submissions should be in writing addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 138 INVERELL NSW 2360 and be received by the close date.
The draft PAMP can be viewed or downloaded by visiting council's website. A detailed map of Inverell clearly outlines the proposal.
An online submission can also be made on the Inverell Shire Council website.
Should anyone wish to know more please do not hesitate contacting Council's Civil and Environmental Services Department on (02) 6728 8200.
Feedback will be collected and thoroughly discussed by councillors prior to approving the final PAMP.
