Ms Campbell said earlier this year (pre COVID-19) the school had visitors from the Turnaround Schools Project.

These identified schools have been called turnaround schools. Inverell Public School has been recognised as a turnaround school these schools have started the journey to strengthen their systems and practices to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank our school staff, students and community for their cooperation, patience and resilience during this unprecedented time of COVID-19," said Ms Campbell.
