In the words of Corporal Brendon Gleeson, Anzac Day commemorates those who signed the dotted line to protect our country at all costs.
"Even if that cost meant their own life," he said.

Hundreds of people in Inverell turned up for both the dawn and 11am services - despite the lack of march - with a few still paying respects outside on their driveways as the sun rose.
Mal Dickson, vice president of the Inverell RSL Sub-Branch, said the dawn service was one many always went to to pay their respects.
"I think the program worked very well, we had a good roll up at the dawn service, and it was more than the 11am," he told the Times.
"People's perspective, there is more meaning, more depth and appreciation that people have done in the past for them."
