At their most recent meeting, chamber members discussed the difficulties they are facing in attracting staff to their businesses.
It's hoped their Employment, Retention and Recruitment Meeting on Wednesday will open up the forum to create real action to address the growing difficulty in hiring in Inverell.

"We are seeking your thoughts, ideas and feedback of ways that we may be able to improve employment, employee retention and recruitment within the Inverell area," a statement said.
"This is an opportunity for you to provide feedback to assist us to arrange a local event or activity that will benefit the community, we look forward to seeing you.
"The success of our local community starts with your feedback, which we value."
It will be held at the Inverell RSM Club at 5pm for a 5.30pm start on Wednesday, April 28.
