The fire, which tore through the building at about 10am on Tuesday, completely engulfed and gutted the building on New Valley Road.
NSW Police said luckily, no one was home at the time.
While the cause is currently unknown, investigations are underway to determine what started the devastating inferno.

It comes less than 48 hours after an elderly man lost his life in a Tingha housefire on Monday.
The fire ripped through his Museum Street home at about 8am, with 000 callers alerted by black smoke and flames rising from their neighbour's house.
