MP Adam Marshall has said the State Government will invest $600,000 to help expand the business' shed space and technology through the Regional Job Creation Fund.
BOSS Engineering Director Michael Grills said by diversifying their product range the company had been able to withstand the economic pressure of the worst drought in history and COVID-19 pandemic.

"During this difficult time our company has not only maintained employment levels but continued to grow," Mr Grills said.
"Manufacturing and releasing our new BOSS Built Welded Aluminium Utility Tray will further enhance our resilience.
"This product creates market diversification for BOSS, critical for a business where demand relies on favourable weather forecasts.
"BOSS is proud to be a part of influencing growth, prosperity and stability throughout our region and town.
"Our new product will create opportunities for existing employees to grow and create jobs for unskilled, young and Aboriginal rural citizens including more apprentices in all areas."
Mr Marshall said the grant will support BOSS Engineering to diversify its product range, creating up to 30 new full-time jobs, targeting local young and Indigenous people.
"By establishing a new manufacturing line, BOSS Engineering will grow its product range and increase its capacity to tailor production to meet seasonal demand," Mr Marshall said.
"Moving outside of its traditional agricultural products the business will increase the manufacture of a light, high quality welded aluminum utility trays, suitable for coastal and city tradies.
"To achieve that increased production funding will be spent on a new work-space, including amenities and assembly line, along with installation of state-of-the-art robotic aluminium welding equipment, bending machine and three-metre machining centre.
"Once manufacturing scales up BOSS will employ more than 120 people and this will play a huge role in creating work and training opportunities for young and Indigenous people."
Mr Marshall said the State Government's $100 million Regional Job Creation Fund aims to create 5,000 new direct jobs in rural and regional NSW by helping businesses expand production and provide incentives to move operations to the bush.
"Like BOSS there are many regional businesses who are doing exciting things in the manufacturing, research and employment space," he said.
"Under the Regional Job Creation Fund, eligible businesses can apply for grants to support the purchase of new equipment, expand facilities, create new iconic tourist experiences and visitor attractions or relocate businesses from out of state to regional NSW, which will lead to the creation of new jobs.
"Preliminary applications will close on Friday, 14 May 2021 or when program funding is fully allocated and I urge all eligible to apply."
