Inverell Local Court: Magistrate declares Neville Michell dead; withdraws four charges and AVO against him

The man who allegedly killed his wife in a stabbing in Inverell on Wednesday was due in court Thursday, where she was taking out an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO) against him.
