A man facing charges following a shooting on Bonshaw's Spark Street appeared in court last week.
Dialing in to court from custody via phone, as issues with the audio video link prevented him from appearing on screen, 39-year-old David John Dawson heard his next appearance would be at Inverell Local Court in August.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) had submitted a signed charge certificate to the courts.
His case conference will be held on July 22, and the result, and associated AVO, will return to court on August 19.
Dawson was refused bail on January 19, after police arrested him in relation to charges stemming from a shooting last August on Bonshaw's Spark Street.
