The day featured the traditional ceremony officiated by RSL sub-branch president Pat McMahon, with organisations, schools and individuals taking part.
Senator John Williams delivered the Prime Minster's address and those present received updates about coming renovations to the war memorial, future RSL museum at Flanders House and the re-enactment of the Kurrajong March in 2016.
After the ceremony, most retired across the road to Flanders House for a free morning tea and a visit with friends.
