All the kinder classes made elaborate crowns and glitzy glasses with lenses shaped like 100 to mark the occasion.
The exciting build-up to the day included a lot of art, activities centred on the number 100, a distant star of a digit for kindy kids.
Many children shared their joy with grandparents who joined in the fun.
“Inviting the students’ grandparents to our classrooms today was a wonderful opportunity to share with them how students learn in the 21st century,” kinder green teacher Fiona Attwood said.
Little hands tugged their family members around to show them around their classrooms.
The children pulled out digital learning tools unknown in their grandparents’ day.
Emily Spencer had her grandparents John and Penny Wilson in the classroom.
“She’s shown us all her lovely books, haven’t you? All your classwork,” Penny said lovingly to Emily.
“Celebrating 100 days of school is a wonderful way to acknowledge the progress and achievements that our kindergarten students at Ross Hill Public School have made since commencing school,” Fiona said.
“We would like to thank all the grandparents who came to celebrate our 100 days of school with us."
