Expert preservers have been hard at work these past few weeks after Inverell’s BEST Food Garden announced a recipe competition to be judged at the Riverside Restaurant on Saturday morning from 10am.

Winning entries will be prepared in quantity with the Holy Trinity home economics class and Connections disability services and then distributed through the Best Food Garden.
Entries close at 2pm today, with all entries to be filed at The Dust Jacket on Byron Street before judging gets underway tomorrow.
