A new commemoration honouring all Defence Force personnel who have served and fought in conflicts, peacekeeping and peacemaking missions since the Vietnam War, will be held for the first time in Inverell on September 9. Twelve people came to the first planning get-together held at the RSL Club on Friday July 21. “It was great,” Inverell RSL’s Graeme Clinch said. For more information please phone 6722 2987.
