The collection of dioramas in the building on 214 Byron Street is part of the Inverell Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Rescue and Recycle Christmas competition. Locals have been challenged to design the most creative holiday themed design they can – our of recycled materials such as bottlesand cardboard.
There are 19 entries altogether, including Holy Trinity, Brighter Access, Gum Flat, Tingha Public School, Inverell Public School, the Catherine Campbell Centre, IDFS, the Northern Roads Activity Vans and KCL.
Locals can vote on their favourites between 12-5.30pm, today-Friday. The display will be launched on Wednesday, December 13 from 6-7.30pm, and the winner will be announced at the Festival of Christmas on Friday, December 15.
