Renamed August Blues, staff were excited to get the event up and running once again.
Always known for being a great night out with fantastic music and dancing, this year will be no different.
With Sal Sanderson and her band belting out tunes from artists like James Brown, The Blues Brothers and Aretha Franklin, it will be sure to keep away the winter chills.
When asked about the night, one of the organisers Carrie Watchirs said it has been a tradition at Holy Trinity and a fantastic night.
“For years we have been asked by members of the community when we would be hosting another one so we felt that it was time,” Carrie said.
“We are blessed to have so much musical talent in this town and wanted to support that.
“It’s a fun night for not only our Trinity parent and staff community but for the whole town of Inverell.”
The night will kick off at 7pm, on Friday, August 8, in the school hall and a licensed bar will be in operation. People are encouraged to bring their own supper and tickets are $15 per person.
Tickets are available online at http://www.trybooking.com/EYIK, through the Holy Trinity Facebook page or by visiting the Trybooking website.
