The 27 projects are considered a priority for funding, as and if it becomes available, over the next four years.
There are a wide range of initiatives covering the arts, public gardens, river bank management, street lighting, public toilets and more.
A revised draft Community Strategic Plan for 2009-2029 is also available for feedback.
Comments need to be submitted in writing to the general manager, Paul Henry, by 4.30pm on Thursday, August 10, 2017.
The draft Development Plan (AKA special projects list) is available on line at www.inverell.nsw.gov.au or you can check out a printed copy at the following locations: Inverell Shire Council Administration building; Inverell Shire Library; Tourism Inverell; Gilgai General Store; Ashford Works Depot; Delungra Post Office; and Yetman General Store.
